Hidden comfort

I bought this to fit in a small space that I intend for company and for short term rentals. Since I'm in a ski area, it works out perfectly for this small 220 square-foot space. I did have to have a professional contractor put it together after he put my flooring down just to make sure it was secured to the wall, but I love all the extra storage and the lights above. The bed are so perfect.

Going to my closest friends house one of these and every time I sleep at her house I always sleep in this bed and although I don’t have one and I would love to have one I wanted to comment on this product because it’s truly an amazing product and although I don’t owe one I decided to come and comment on how amazing this product is! My friend lives in a small apartment we’re space is very limited and this is truly have life-saving product. Apart from the amazing features of storage and design it is super easy to assemble as it comes in parts and not already built and I am no construction worker and it was super easy to build as I helped her built it . It is super adorable, which I truly love that I was afraid that it wouldn’t hold multiple people in the bed. But me and my five dogs are happily sleeping here when we go and sleep over at her house with no fear of it breaking down truly an amazing products and I would 100% recommended it

I never had one of these but one of my friend has one and when I went to have a sleep over with her, I slept in one of these, and although I don’t have one of my own, and I would love to have one I could probably say that it is so comfortable and this is a lifesaver its stores a lot of your things and when you don’t want to but visible you just pull it up I would 100% recommended

One Major Issue

We are happy with the look of the bed and the quality, but when the bed sticks out from the wall leaving a huge gap between the pillows and the wall so there is no head board to keep the pillows on the bed.

Don not order anything from this brand.

Horrible. Do Not order this brand. The quality is the worst I've ever scene. I completely regret it. Pictures attached.

Great purchase

Decent quality for a great price. Takes time to put together. Only issues were that the side cabinets did not have proper length screws too attach to the main section which required me to get my own, there wasn't enough plastic caps to hide the hardware, and the boxes were unlabeled so you didn't know what was in each of the 9 boxes. Great unit overall and happy to buy Canadian!

Great bed. Great installer

The bed arrived. The delivery guys said it was only to the door and not to my unit so I had to call neighbours to help bring in the heaviest boxes.

Great bed, but time-intensive assembly

This bed came in multiple boxes and it took us a while to put together, but totally worth it. It fits exactly in the spot we meant it for and looks great.

Space saver spare room option for better area use!

I bought this option to set up in my only spare bedroom so that the room could be used for other things when I wasn't having guests over. It is a quality product and is a very heavy item. The instructions could use some work, but there is a lot of help online with YouTube videos. I would purchase this item again, but I wish Bestar would give some other options for adding the desk that comes on another unit to also be added to this unit or any of the other murphy beds. They are set on only selling one murphy bed with that option and won't let you add it on to the Cielo murphy bed. This has nothing to do with Overstock.com, the decision is made by Bestar customer service.

LOVE !

Cannot say enough about this wall bed. Modern and looks even better in person. We searched around and found overstock to be the best price. Delivery was faster than expected. VERY heavy product. It came in about 8 boxes by a shipping company. Be prepared to spend about 2 days putting this together and took 2 people. Quality was better than expected. Draws have a soft close. Light is dimmable and adds a nice touch. Very easy to bring bed up and down. We purchased a 10in mattress that weighs about 100 lbs. Make sure to take time and sort out all of the parts and seperate all of the screws/bolts. It will make it a lot easier. Also found a video from the company on youtube that helped out tremendously.
