I bought this primarily to hang earrings on, and maybe a couple necklaces, but it is VERY hard to hang any earrings that aren't big hoops from this because the branches are so thick

The item is nice. The way the branches are situated (directly over the lower ones) leaves little room to hang many items. Some of the branches are "extremely" short and you can only add a single thin chain over it. It would be much more practical if the upper branches would have been staggered in a circular design (more like they are on a real tree) opposed to directly above the lower branches.
