Package arrived with gash in box. I opened the box to find the largest vase with a large hole in it. The second vase is in pieces as you can see from pics. I was told no refund until I repack and take package that is 3’ tall and weighs 24 lbs to a FedEx location to be shipped back! This is my last purchase from Wayfair. Never again!

Initially both vases arrived broken. Wayfair had excellent customer service and replaced them for free. They are quite weight-y, but had small chips that will likely only get larger over time. Taking off a couple of stars for this reason.
I love these! I have been eyeing them for quite some time and so glad I pulled the trigger and bought them. I couldn't be happier!
