Received chair 2 days after purchase and within the window allocated, so no hanging all day waiting for the courier to deliver EVRI done good too.The Chair in Question was easily assembled as I got my 13yr old daughter to put it together so no trauma there. Got to earn their pocket money somehow.Chair spins well, goes up and goes down with ease and tilts back too with Lock out on the tilt if so desired. Nice leather armrests which adjust up and down aswell.All in all happy with my purchase
