Parts missing, broken pieces. Very disappointed

I love this desk. It is my new “go to” for our office. The hutch is a perfect complement to the desk. The drawer units are nice and easy to assemble also.

Excellent furniture. I was told 5 weeks for furniture to be delivered, and it came in 3 weeks. Very happy with NBF. Customer service has been excellent every time I order. Great job.

One of the best desks I've ever had

Haven't put the "L" extension on yet but I've got the hutch on and the rolling cabinet set up. Haven't finished assembly because I need to paint the room before it's too big to move but this section has enough space for both of my 28" monitors and the PC (which is in a pretty big case). And, it's deep enough I still have plenty of space to rest my forearms entirely on the desk (I'm 6' with kinda long arms, that's uncommon for me)

BETTER QUALITY THAN EXPECTED,.....BUT:

Delivered 1 day early. Built from solid MDF all wood panels with pure white laminate like finish and sturdy pins/screws/brackets. Corners are all nicely chamfered, slightly beveled, w/o harsh corners/edges,...but....crisp in appearance. Very modern w/ all sides nicely finished. Definitely get the pin-up board. I am impressed. MY BIGGEST BEEF ?: 1) Shipped in EXTREMELY heavy/large boxes, which even the large delivery person had a tough time with. Since they can't come inside for delivery, so, be ready. Boxes were badly damaged (too heavy),...but...were packed carefully with styrofoam all around. BUT...for the Hutch, Part "B" (critical bottom piece of the upper cabinetry) & Part "H" (back panel below the cabinetry) were delivered with bad fractures (2/3 of way through MDF). Since I had hired a handyman to help assemble it, it helped that he added extra screws to hopefully be OK,...butI live in CA with earthquakes...and...I don't think they'll survive moving. I called the BBF number (with yellow paper not to call the seller), but they don't give you and option for problem parts, so, the auto answer hung up on me. No Internet option/email. VERY SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
