They are nice lights. Because they are semi transparent, I was concerned about the bulb showing up in the background. While I was at the store, a clerk helped me chose the right bulbs and they are perfect. We see the light through the glass but not the bulb. The price is very reasonable, so reasonable that I was skeptical about the quality. There isn't really anything to rust and they are pretty sconces so I think we will be happy with them for years to come. They are dimmable and they are compatible with LED bulbs.

I bought 3 of these to illuminate the stairs on each of the floors in our house. Turns out, this was a three day project as one of the stairs didn't have correct electricity running there. But once it was in the stairs look so much brighter and are ultimately safer, so I'm very pleased. Might want to buy a lightbulb that's a bit more white than you usually use because the opal glass does warm up the light.
