My mattress is oka lityle to high becayse i am short with right legvhurting so bad the bed feeels kibd uneven but it no still need to be broken in. ZTo expensive

Not medium at all, home depot has softer sheets of plywood than this thing. I would call this firm to concrete. I think a reevaluation is in order for whatever the process is to determine that.

We've been enjoying our new BeautyRest mattress from Mattress Firm. While it took a moment to get used to coming from a much softer previous mattress, we definitely appreciate the BeautyRest Silver® BRS900-C 14.5" Medium Mattress. There is a depth to the support offered and the mattress is truly an improvement over what we had before. While we were not previously familiar with the BeautyRest brand, it has been a product line that we would consider buying again when our needs dictate consideration.

BR 900 mattress

Mattress very high, needed to remove box spring, and put slats on frame.With all the foam and springs need to scootch around to get into position on bed. Once in place no trouble sleeping.

TOO FIRM ... OUCH

Mattress is supposed to be medium firm. ITS NOT. ITS WAY TOO HARD. NOT HAPPY. JUST GOING TO RETURN IT.

Bed is comfortable. Mattress firm delivered items damage free. Iam satisfied with the purchase and support.

Poor quality

I've slept on this mattress for about a week and it's already sunk in, in the middle. I definitely didn't expect this. I really thought I was purchasing a high quality mattress but I guess not.

I never received the mattress twice it has been in my apartment. But never left for me.

Great bed and delivery time. Was having foot surgery and needed a bed downstairs, and was able to get next day delivery. The mattress has been great and getting some great sleep and been as comfortable as possible.

Make sure your mattress is in stock !

Ordered 5 weeks ago and it was sold out. I received an email saying it would be another 6 weeks+. I was definitely disappointed. Jacob from the Hilo location helped me find a replacement but it wasn’t what I ordered and ended up settling with a mattress that was returned and in stock but had to pay more for a lesser mattress. I do appreciate his efforts in finding something to replace my original order.

This mattress needs zero stars, one star is too much...it's so hard and uncomfortable! My husband and I did not receive one good night of sleep on this mattress. I would not recommend for purchase. I went back to the store to have it returned and they insisted I sleep on the mattress for a month before they could pick it up to avoid being marked down.

Forgot the adjustable base, but they will send one

A very good mattress at a great price with excellent service. A couple weeks after delivery I did realize I made a mistake using the online ordering Internet function. I failed to check the box to select the adjustable base that I wanted so none was delivered. We had Covid, so I had to wait until all of that. was cleared up and then I called customer service, they are going to honor the free adjustable base up to a $400 value. Unfortunately the base that I want is not in stock but they have marked the file and I will check back periodically to obtain one. It is not the sleepy basic unit that only raises the head the one I want raises the knees and the head to relieve lower back pressure , the lady I spoke with was very understanding and professional and guaranteed me that when it becomes in stock, I can call back speak to any customer service rep, and the notes that she placed in the file is all that will be needed to honor the selection and delivery at no charge to me I would highly recommend this company for your future business

Not really a medium, more like a firm, perfect finish, stable, good for partners, very isolated, only comment, not medium! super firm!
