nice desk, for the price
The desk was easy enough to put together. There seem to be only two minor issues. The provided bars for the filing cabinet are slightly large for my older file folders, so they pop off if too full. The desk top is nice but does not handle stains well.
Looks great, recommend a drill, perfect space
Love the look of this desk and it has the perfect height to go in front of my window. Only thing is I would highly recommend using a drill. Screwing in-bottom of the drawers and the screws for the roll out part of the drawers was very difficult. I am 120 pounds and don't know anyone in the city yet and it was very difficult to do alone. Possible, but difficult. The space between the top of the filing cabinet and the top of the desk is 4 inches and the space between the rod on top of the filing drawers and the rod on the other side of the desk is 35 inches. So it slides against the wall and the window sill fits nicely underneath. With all white desks it scratches easily so definitely don't get this if you're rough with furniture. I used it as my "office" desk now and it's perfect. It fits both my laptops and my monitor with some extra space.
Easy to assemble, clean and modern look
When virtual schooling when into affect we needed a desk for my daughter fast. Overstock delivered this item quickly and it went together easily. No problems at all in assembly. I don’t expect it to last forever, but at this price point that’s OK. Amazing selection of desks, this was the size and style my daughter wanted.
I absolutely love this desk.... Its exactly as the pictured. Material is great, not cheap at all. I`m very happy with this product. I`ts great for small spaces and it looks amazing in my room. Love the pure white color. I paired with a white chair and white rug to completed the look I was going for. I love it!!
It's as small as described, exactly what I was looking for. It is also a lot sturdier than I thought, too. I love that it is got the drawers, especially the file drawer is going to come really handy in the new office. And the drawers open and close really smoothly. I would highly recommend the item if you are in the market for a small modern looking desk.
Trying to find a white desk with a brushed nickel finish with integrated filing and correct dimensions to fit was proving fairly difficult. Ran into this gem and it worked perfectly. Everything arrived without damage and assembly was fairly straightforward. You can place the filing drawers on either side of the desk, which is great. Would definitely recommend this product!
It took my husband about two hours to put together and he likes it so far. Parts of the drawers are glued together so be careful you don't have them turned upside down. It seems sturdy and looks just as pictured. The drawers don't line up perfectly (just a tad off) but for the price it's good. We bought at Overstock because the price for the same item was the best than other websites. Unfortunately, the first desk that was delivered was damaged. We had to go through the process of returning before even opening it - the outside of the box was damaged right through to the desktop that had a big gash in it. They did finally take the old one back and sent a new one but it took another ten days. This was our first experience with Overstock - not sure we would order from them again because it wasn't the greatest with the desk arriving damaged.
Not the best quality
I needed a smaller desk for a guest room. It fits nice and looks nice in the room, but the material is not the best. The material is an MDF particle board. It is soft and can easily get dented and damaged. I was missing one of the pieces of the desk (part of the bottom drawer letter H) so I called the company. I should hear back within 24-48 hours so hopefully they can ship out a new piece. If not, I will just leave the larger drawer space open to hold a printer. It took a few hours to put together. Be VERY careful attaching the pieces together that have the dowel rods. Apparently I didn't have a few of the dowels pushed in deep enough and when I connected the two side boards together the dowels went right through the other piece of mdf and it made two holes. Luckily it was the bottom of the desk.
Nice desk
I really like this desk. It is very functional. Unfortunately mine was damaged in shipping and they don't have any replacement parts or desks iso I'm stuck with a desk with a bent metal leg and dented back. They did offer for me to ship it back but it comes in a latge box and is very heavy. They did refund a small potion of the cost of the desk. The desk was somewhat hard to put together also but looks great besides the damage.

I needed a desk with a filing cabinet. This fits the bill perfectly. Its a nice size, very sturdy and has 2 drawers besides the file cabinet. My husband who put it together said it was the easiest piece I've ever purchased, and I have bought a lot of things that needed to be put together! I also want to add that you CAN put the file either on the left or right.
