Peeling finish
I’ve owned this product for two years now, in black, and the finish is already peeling. If you’re going to spend over $300, you’d expect it to last longer than some cheap finish. AVOID BLACK FINISH like the plague.
Looks good did not last
Loved this faucet when I installed it in our newly renovated bathroom. However with in short time the knobs became loose quickly. I asked a plumber to tighten but he said the screws were unable to be tightened. The cold water faucet remains loose not secure. Unhappy with the function.
Lovely faucets at a great price
You will not be disappointed. These faucets are well crafted. The brushed gold color does not feel fake as other gold colored products do. It worked perfect with the Pfister Contempra stand alone tub filler that I also purchased. I suggest looking at the Gliderite knobs and pulls in brushed gold to coordinate a seamless color match.
look great
Beautiful facets, they look great. Installation was good however a certain tool was not included which made it more difficult. I had read in other reviews that this tool was needed and ridiculous that it was not included as well. They are a bit difficult to clean due to the gold finish but worth it.

We bought two of these for our new build master bathroom. Beautiful faucets and seem to be well made. We are very happy with the faucet's appearances.
Black finish chipping and corroding - Not water resistant
Our original black faucet chipped within a couple months and Pfizer sent a replacement. The replacement chipped after a few weeks and is now corroding. The black finish is not water resistant. We would appreciate a replacement in brushed nickel.
Chipping finish
After about a year, the black finish is chipping off all around the base. I avoid cleaning the faucet (which is ridiculous since it's a germy bathroom), but still doesn't matter! This does not hold up to wear and tear of a family bathroom.
