The item is not adjustable and it breaks if you push it down I do not recommend this item at all
Definitely looks and feels like high quality. But I expected the bar to swivel and adjust up and down with the size of the toilet paper roll, not be fixed in place as in the photo.
Did not come in a box. Not like the picture. Not happy with the quality.

could not ask for a more sturdy piece and so easy to install
Stuck in awkward position
It is odd that this item is welded in the awkward position shown. I would have assumed it was a "swinging" arm and would adjust to size of the toilet paper roll. So, I returned it.
