I have bought this exact pillow four times. The fourth time, the density of the pillow changed. It is a softer, less dense foam. It is different than my other three. I liked the more dense foam better. This pillow is not as supportive.
Does cool well, but haven’t found the shape comfortable
Purchased for a friend who was having shoulder issues and she's very happy with this pillow. has taken some of the pressure off she she's sleeping and wakes up feeling better
I have a bad neck and so far this pillow has helped it. The cooling get really cools . I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for something to help your neck at night.

It really does deliver as promised....stays cool
This feels like a medium density foam. The profile of the pillow is more of what I'm used to so it worked well for me. It was a good value though. I would recommend it to others.

Cool Comfort Memory Foam Pillow
Just what my wife wanted. Quite cool. She says they're a little heavy though.
I have found the perfect pillow! I have really bad neck pain, but I do not wake up with it at all anymore thanks to this pillow. My head also gets really hot throughout the night and this keeps it cool. Love it!
Comfortable and cool
Comfortable and cool pillow that is firm enough, but not too firm! I have difficulties finding pillows that I like but this one fit the bill perfectly!
