Love this pan! Makes steaks, hamburgers, onions like cooking on an outdoor grill! Washes beautifully, I soak for a few minutes and wash ! Most important is remembering the handle is hot and stays hot for a while after removing from the oven! Great product!

Has a little bit of weight to it but not overly so, loved the grill marks it left on the meat, liked the way the fat drained away from the meat being cooked and clean up of the grill was easy because of it non stick surface.

I have this grill pan and I love it. Normally I use it for hot sandwiches,and i love how it makes the grilling marks on the bread. And last night I made steaks with fresh veggies and it came out perfectly. So I need another, so I can use it all the time and as much, as possible. This is a highly recommended pan
