I bought this crib second hand and one of the barrel bolts broke when I set it up. I reached out to customer service and they are replacing the bolts for free and shipping to me. Very fast response to my chat and the crib is a wonderful addition to my spare room when the baby visits!

This is the perfect size for Grandma's guest room. Plenty of space for the little one to sleep when she comes to vist. Folds to store out of the way when not in use.

Purchased this from a private person and the crib was missing some of the hardware. All of the contact information and hardware information was printed under the crib so it was so easy to order the needed parts so that this can be used for my grandson that will be here in a few months.

Good Quality & Customer Service

I just became a grandma and in preparation for helping with baby sitting, I purchased a gently used DOM mini crib locally. It was only a few years old and in great shape. The previous owner had also purchased a nice memory foam mattress as the one that comes with the crib is very thin. We got it home and put it together and noticed one of the safety latches was missing. I contacted DOM customer service via an on-line chat. They were happy to send me a replacement latch for no charge even though I was not the original owner nor did I have a proof of purchase. I have not received the latch yet, nor have I actually used the crib yet, but so far I am very happy with this crib. It's a great size to fit in almost any space, the construction is sturdy and it is easy to move around in rollers and fold up and store if needed. I look forward to using it with my new grand baby! I give it 4/5 stars due to the mattress that comes with it being so thin and the fact that I haven't actually used it yet, but I am not worried, I think it will be perfect.

We bought this to use when our grandson comes to the house and stays all night. The Crib works great. It does not take up a lot of room and is easy fold and store when we are not using it. Great investment for our family.

Would buy but here's what you need to know.

It's a nice crib although even though it says no assembly required that's 100% a lie, does come with directions, not the best but at least it comes with it. Also some of the holes where you screw the pieces in don't match up perfectly. Also I would suggest getting a new mattress the one that comes with it, is like so flat and any mini crib sheets I put on it it curls it up since it's so flat.otherwise great mini crib very cute and seems study when together.
