Problem with Wedge Pillow

I ordered this pillow because I liked it. When I received it it was packed so tight and when I opened it it was like pancake because the material was made out of foam. They told me to send it back and was told they would send me another one it was the same package. It was very dirty and I had a hard time getting my money back. I am a member of Macy and I never had a problem like this. I gave you one star for the rating very unsatisfied.

Not the full experience

Didn't become a Pillow after opening. I gave it a couple days for it to become the shape it's meant to be but unfortunately it never did.

Great Pillow

Very happy pillow was gift and he loves it. Broke his neck and this pillow helps be more comfortable with neck brace.

Good for rotator cuff surgery

Used for rotator cuff surgery. Kept the pressure off my shoulder when I lay in bed. Glad I got it

Very firm but didn't relieve back pain

The wedge pillow is VERY firm, although it's comfortable enough. Despite this, it didn't help with lower back pain while sleeping. It's good for sitting up against, but that isn't the main reason why I bought it. The bolster, on the other hand, is more medium-soft. Both pillows took a few hours to fully expand after being tightly packed for shipping.

Reticketed & Obviously Used Item

I was looking forward to this item because of shoulder surgery. Instead, i couldn’t tolerate the VERY STRONG nursing home disinfectant smell. The item had a reticketing tag. It was obviously returned after the original recipient didn’t need it any more, maybe after DYING!!! Seriously Macy’s, if you accept returns like these, don’t send them back out.

Excellent Post Surgery

Purchased this wedge pillow to help me after I had surgery that required me to elevate my head for a few weeks. Worked perfectly. I was able to add my own pillows on top of it for a comfortable rest. I use it now for reading in bed. It’s very comfortable, firm yet soft.

Much to Wide for our Use. I returned it.

Returned it. Should have paid more attention to its width. It was huge.

love this pillow

I had purchased a wedge pillow months ago, but it ended up being way too tall for me to be comfortable. So I decided to try this adjustable. It’s Perfect! And it really does have a cooling cover (I was skeptical about that). So, yes, it works well! It is a single piece pillow not two or three pieces. You can flip and flop it into different shapes but it is two attached wedges that cannot be separated. There is a long bolster piece as a "bonus" and it helps round out the angle between bed and wedge when I'm sitting up. The foam is comfy and it doesn't have a horrible smell like some do. The price was good on this, When I came home from the hospital I slept like a baby with this pillow.

High hopes gone.

I had high hopes for this pillow because all that it could do. However, it was the most uncomfortable pillow I’ve ever tried. I also kept slipping off of it. After trying it for a couple months, I finally gave up and bought a different one.

Too large in length

It’s ok. I wish I could return. It’s way too large for me to sleep comfortably. It’s too long so I’m not getting the uplift I was hoping for.

You won’t be disappointed!

Great item! As a result of recent sinus surgery there was a need to sleep elevated to facilitate improved breathing during recovery. This pillow configuration is perfect and worked. I like it so much that I plan on using it all the time. This pillow is high quality in every aspect, construction, comfort, versatility in regards to use - positioning, high fabric and sewing craftsmanship. It’s name describes this pillow perfectly! Item is ok - not all pictured parts work

The round head pillow never fully expanded to the size it was before packaging. It is still really flat and can not be used. I even removed it from the covering hoping full air and no restrictions might help, after 10 days it is still flat. The rest of the items are ok, and I like that I can remove the cover to wash, but wish it was a sold color so it looked nicer.

Well made

Very well made with quality materials. It is exactly as described. The fabric is attractive. I'm a petite size and found this too large and bulky for me. I think it would be ideal for a larger person or someone who is ill or injured and must spend a lot of time sitting up in bed.

Excellent wedge pillow

I like this wedge pillow very much it has helped improve my breathing and I am also able to use it to elevate my legs as they swell at times. I like the quality and felt I made a good choice. You do have to let it set for a while to expand and I found it was a excellent choice. Amy N.

You need this!

First of all, I’d like to say “Don’t Panic”! The rounded pillow part is flat but I had hope. Squished it with my hands and then let it sit overnight. And it was perfect. The whole system works like a dream and my neck feels so supported. I want to buy more of them for friends.

Deffective

Upon opening the package, the pillows were in a bag and swished flat for easy shipping. Since they are labeled as memory foam, so I left them out for an hour for them to get back to the original shape. Unfortunately that didn't happen. they are permanently deformed and flat like a sandwich!!! They will have to be returned.
