These are to be used only on indirect heat as stated in the instructions. Ruined one by cooking over direct flame on gas grill. Thought that was unusual given the picture on the box shows flames. Also would Not use if your doing Pizzas on the grill due to the maximum temperature to be used in 500 degrees. Works good with Seafoods however no grill lines due to used on indirect heat. Wish I could include pictures Would not recommend
