I don't know what the surface is made of, but after washing this pan, the color started coming off on my fingers - turned my fingers the burnt orange color. It washed off easily, but this color will go onto whatever I cook. Kinda creepy. This is a 'parchment paper only' pan.
I will literally buy anything Aleysha makes. She doesnt just slap her name on things. All of her stuff is quality and always nonstick,easy to clean.
I really like my Non Stick Cookie Pan Set.

These pans are great quality and very easy to clean. I have not put them in the dishwasher because no matter what I make it comes off as soon as water hits it. I'm very happy with this purchase.
