Pieces did not fit together well, and the measurements were not accurate—I had to assemble it to learn it was not 25” and thus too short for my counter. Deassembled and returned it. Disappointing.

Stools are NOT as described! Too Short!!

This product is advertised as 25" sets height. After assembled it is 1.5" shorter than stated at 23.5". This height is WAY too short for normal counter or island height seating. It looks ridiculous. Now I have to send them all back. Disappointing.

These soft leather cream counter height chairs are perfect at our kitchen island. They are sooo comfortable and sturdy. I love the stainless metal front bar so that shoes don't scuff it up. Oversized to fit everyone.

Company needs to update the picture and the specs

What a waste of time and effort. The seat height is not 25 inches as stated, it is 18 inches! HUGE difference. It is the same height as my kitchen table chairs. Also, the color in the pic looks to be almost a caramel color, but the real color is a very dark brown - almost an espresso.

I love this bar stool! I had 2 I bought a year ago and needed a third since we moved. They're very sturdy and beautiful! They are darker brown than what the image shows, but it's the exact color I wanted. A couple of the legs didn't set level so I had to put the pads on the bottom to level them up, which is no big deal. They were provided with the chair.

These chairs are inconsistently manufactured. Two of three bar stools purchased wobble as some of the legs are different lengths, and the difference cannot be countered with the extra felt pads provided. Also the paint finish has drip runs, and one of the metal cross pieces was dented. Disappointed with purchase.

These bar stools look very nice . Easy assembly but 4 screws needed holes drilled . Too much "give" in the seats . Can feel hard edge under knees .

Low, seat sinks in, wobbles

The seats look a little too short for a 34 inch counter. What makes them feel shorter is the fact the seat sinks in too much when sitting on it. It provides little support. The seat is not firm at all. One of my chairs is wobbly, the leg was too short, but I didn't want to go through the inconvinience of returning it.

The barstools are a darker brown than they appear on the website (on my laptop anyway) and that is what I was hoping for. Very sturdy and easy enough to put together too. Would recommend.
