More difficult than implied

First of all, two screw heads broke off which forced me to drill multiple holes. After the second srew broke off, we switched to some screws we had on hand. When we finally got all the hanging brackets in place (which took over an hour), we moved on to snapping the shade bar into the brackets....which we found impossible to do - we could not apply the needed leverage while trying to defy gravity. After 30 minutes, we just gave up, un-did all our work, and returned it. The while thing was a major pain.

The blind material is very thin. When pulled to full length it doesn’t stay straight and stay warped
