Arrived damaged

The bulletin board arrived damaged, and there doesn’t seem to be any method for contacting Office Depot to get the matter resolved.

need help with refund/return

The board was badly damaged in shipment. I would like a refund of my purchase price and have someone pickup the damaged board..

arrived very fast! perfect size for what I needed. self healing cork is what I was looking for and my push pins "pushed" in without going through the other side. I'm happy! The metal frame probably isn't a "designer" frame, but it works for my laundry room/mud room.

Not 100% Satisfied

Board itself was great, sadly the delivery company damaged it. Now I need to determine if I can use as is or have to return it.

The board was ok, but it was damaged during shipment. I placed a small calenda over the hole in the cork to hide the damage. When a package is marked fragile, it needs to be handled that way. It should have been shipped in a heavier box.

Quick to install

Quick and easy to install. The caps to cover the screws are easy to install.

Delivered damaged even though it was obvious to the naked eye that the board, packaging and all, was bent and cracked all the way across. Returning- much to my dismay btw its 3 by 4 feet

great product. came quickly and was very easy to set up in my nyc apartment. recommend wiping with an alcoholic wipe so the ink doesn't smudge when you erase.

Setting up home office in pandemic and this board is the perfect size. Now I have pleasant reminders on my wall and I dont have to search files for info every time I need it.
