Right Material, Wrong Dimensions
I bought a lumbar pillow form for myself. The dimensions were correct, but I customized it to the desired size by removing the stuffing, cutting a third of the material, and reshaping the pillow to its final shape. Using a seam ripper took longer than expected; this would have been faster if I had a sewing machine. It took me a few days to complete the pillow, which turned out beautiful.
Sturdy but soft pillow
This Poly Fil Premier 14X28 Lumbar Accent Pillow was just what I wanted. I put it inside a case I made from outdoor fabric I purchased at Joanns. It is on the bench as a greeting to those that come to our home!
Soft and squishy, not firm enough to hold its shape
I used this for a pillow I crocheted. It is very soft and squishy. But it collapses and doesn't hold its shape. I can't say it is a lumbar supporting pillow.

This pillow worked great with our custom loopy pillow covers. It holds it shape really well amd is super comfortable to lay on for those who like a more fluffy pillow. Will definitely purchase again for future projects!
