Vent hood for remodel

Just installed this vent hood. Overall very happy with this purchase, good quality and looks nice in place. Had some difficulty with getting the shroud over the duct without hitting the ceiling but figured out a way around that.

Range hood

I LOVE this range hood. I truly don't know why they even build homes with microwaves above the stove - pointless. Love how powerful this hood can get (if needed).

The range looks nice but it came with a blue film that took my husband and I 3 hours each to remove. Had we hired someone to install it, it would have cost a fortune just to remove the film. It was a pain!

Overall nice vent but removing the blue film was an absolute nightmare as it was left on during manufacturing causing the edges to be stuck to any areas where the steel was punched out.

Used for 5 times and the motor broke! Now we have to deal with Home Depot to get a replacement and to do the job removing the other one and replacing in our new remodeling house.

I love the overall range hood design and operation. It pulls smoke and fumes well, and the fact this is at 380cfm means it does not require additional outside air -- making it ideal for an older home remodel. I would give it 5 stars, except that it came wrapped in blue film to prevent scratching -- great for the hood itself, but it took me 2.5 hours to remove the film from the 3 grates covering the bottom of venting apparatus. Super frustrating! Those grates should have been in a bubble wrap sleeve or something similar, picking strips of blue film off 75 strips of metal on the vent covers was awful!

All parts are wrapped in plastic. The grates are each wrapped and took hours and hours to get the plastic off. Horrible packaging!!!! Don’t buy!

Awesome Vent

I bought this a month ago and had it installed recently. The LED lights and the 3 speeds are awesome and way better than my previous ventless vent.

Great hood vent

The hood vent has a clean look. The installation instructions are simple and includes templates for both the wall and under the cabinet. Having both makes the installation process easier without guessing where the screws will need to be placed.

I bought this a day ago after buying a worse one a few weeks ago that died a day after I installed it. so now I’m very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to use it in the future when I cook my copious amounts of food

beautiful hood - manufacture sticker stain

The hood is really nice and functions well. The logo/manufacturer label has a leftover stain that we can’t remove or rub out. It is quite noticeable and mars the beauty of the piece. We would have given this a 5 star review but lowered due to the stain.
