Disappointing but had potential

Arrival of the items was faster than expected so this started off well. Opened the package and only one set of screws and bolts were included for a two set package. The customer service team were helpful. The courier team is separate so waiting for the package to be picked up was hit and miss. All in all a great shame the product wasn’t up to standard. A slightly better product quality would make the world of difference.

Very comfortable and stylish chairs, bigger than i expected and a nice quality.

Terrible chairs that are extremely difficult to assemble. The holes and screwers do not fit. It took more than an hour for me and my husband to put this together. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this.

Awesome chairs. Sturdy and well made. Just too big for our space so we returned. They were a Lounge chair which made them larger. So nice!

Way too expensive for such poor quality. The manufacturing is so bad that it’s hard to make the legs fit before the holes. One leg could not be fixed because the screw pitch is damaged. Not recommending this product! Not happy!
