Very good assembly instructions and hardy metal parts. The hammered bronze finish looks substantial to last a really long time. I like the cylinder design that totally covers the LP tank.

Picked out the best standing propane heater. Fired up right away. Came packaged very carefully and had great installation instructions.

Assembly took about 60 minutes, and when we opened the package, everything about this product was brand new and of great quality. It ignited on the first attempt and released a lot of heat. We put it between our dining room and the lounge area on the deck, and we\'re sure it\'ll get us through the winter!

The adjustable height table is not level. Drinks in glass slides to edge and if not careful it’ll fall over edge and pieces of glass will be everywhere.

Very satisfied

Very sturdy heater and the flames in the glass tube are a really nice touch. We have used this heater a few times and are happy with it. I bought it because I wanted something fancy that would look nice and keep us warm and I was not disappointed. Materials are good quality and assembly was not too difficult.

Warm fast

Thanksgiving BBQ coming so I purchased this one! First of all, I'm happy with the way it looks, it's not bulky, and the wheels can easily shift places. It heats up very quickly, in less than 30 seconds. I put it in my 12*12ft shed, 5 minutes is already very warm. I think it’s a must for my outdoor BBQ. And it uses less gas than my old heater. I think it will be an important piece of equipment for my outdoor activities this winter. I've used it five times and I'm very happy with it. This stylish and energy efficient heater is highly recommended.

Nicer Than I Imagined

I've never ordered from Castaway before, so I was worried. The transaction had great communications, quick to ship, and the patio heater is a lot nicer than I thought it would be.. I haven't used it yet, but the quality looks really good. I'll be ordering more.

Assembly was not too difficult. After assembly the unit was not plumb from top to bottom. A little off. Heat output was outstanding. Operation was easy.

Warm Patio Heater

This product definitely does it it’s job by giving heat and keeping you warm. I was surprised by how tall it was-unexpected but in a positive way as I feel it gives out heat to a distance. It was packed with extremely well. Came boxed up and wrapped in bubble wrap so no scratches or dents. It took a little longer to put together but my husband likes to re-read all instructions to make sure it’s a job well put together. This was the final need for our patio together and the color fits in well to what we were looking for. So far we are enjoying being outdoors with this heater on the slight warmer evenings.
