I absolutely love my new chair. It is a very good looking chair. Also sturdy. But the best part is the price.

Don't expect it to last

I guess you get what you pay for as this chair is very cheaply priced but if I had known it would break within 2 months of using it, I would have spent more on something else. One of the arms broke where it screwed to the seat. And after that, the back quarter of the seat just snapped in half. Complete garbage.

Affordable and Practical

"It is very easy to assemble this chair. Just ensure that you match up all the screws before starting to make sure that you have everything you need. This chair has a weight capacity of 300lbs, which is impressive. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy this chair again. The only issue I found was that the metal washers that go with the screws are small. They can slip between the spaces where you are screwing them in at.

Super Comfy and Sturdy

I was skeptical to buy a chair without being able to try it out. But this is such a great chair for the price. It does sit tall and it is wide. I’m in this for 10 hours/5 days a week and it’s perfectly comfortable.

Perfect for 5th grade student

I bought this chair for my 5th grade daughter, sturdy and easy to move around. The most important thing is the wheels won’t damage the floor. We are pretty happy with the purchase, good quality

Very nice design and really good quality

The mesh on the back of the chair is also very nice. the 360 degree swivel design is very cute. I like it very much. It feels very comfortable to sit on it. Definitely recommend. It's worth every penny.

Nice Chair. Easy Assemble.

I read reviews before purchasing. Some reviews said it was cumbersome to assemble and I was a little worried, but still decided to go with this chair. The box stood closed for about a month since the purchase and today I just got to it. Assembling: It took me just over an hour to get it together. I am not someone who does these things regularly. I once assembled one 6 years ago and it was simplier than this one because it didn't have handles. Steps used - Take all items out of box. Take instructions. Ensure all parts are there in the right amount as per drawings on the 1st page of instruction booklet. Assemble in exact order listed. When you get to the point of attaching the seat and the back, you will have handles on the way when trying to screw the bolts on the back of the seat. It would be either helpful to have another person assisting, OR, what I did is I used Sofa to lean those handles on top of it and 2 small pillows between handles and seat to support the two sets (the back and the seat) while you are aligning the sets and applying the screws. Some people suggested not to tighten the screws all the way in until you align and place all of them in, otherwise the sets shift blocking holes and prevent getting other screws in properly - I agree, leave them slightly loose, once all are in, tighten all of them. All in all, the assemble is much easier than I expected and took much less time than expected. I am a woman who doesn't do these things often, in fact avoidant, and much prefers them all in assembled set whenever possible, so I am sure anyone can put this together, but do follow instructions and get it in the order it says! Comfort: I like the chair. I don't know how sturdy it is, hopefully it will last. I can't speak for everyone, but from my perspective, the back is soft and comfortable to sit by computer and the cushion is soft enough to be comfortable too. It rolls easily and generally feels good.

Straightforward setup

Setup was pretty simple, it was hard attaching the chair back to the cushion after the arms were attached the the back. The cushion is pretty stiff, but chair seems good for the price.

Great chair for the price!

A great office chair at an even better price. Took about 20 minutes to open and assemble and came a day early. The back of the chair has a nice amount of give (meaning it leans back slightly) and the mesh material is surprisingly comfortable.

Delivered In Time for Christmas!

I like that it was delivered within a couple of days of my online order. It's a Christmas present for my daughter (it's on her list) so can't tell you anything about its quality or comfort. But, my daughter did her research and this home office chair is the one she wanteds.

Good chair at a great price

Can’t beat the price! Shipping was fast, and assembly was pretty easy. I put the chair together without the arms, then once that chair was fully assembled I added the arms. It was much easier that way than the way the instructions said to do it. Chair is pretty comfortable and seems pretty sturdy.

Okay chair

When I found out that my "work-from-home" status was probably going to become permanent, I decided to shop for a better office chair for home. This one came up because I had prevoiusly looked at it and it was on sale for 1/2 price. I'm glad I didn't pay full price. It's a nice chair...supportive, however, every now and then it decides to drop a couple of inches so I have to re-adjust. The support is real good. All in all, as I mentioned, I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

It's ok...

It’s not hard to put together but it does come in pieces. All the things you need come with it but there are only picture instructions. I put together myself and it’s not bad. The chair it good but not made for sitting in for more than 4hrs.

Not too comfortable.

This chair does not lean back. -1 star It is not too comfortable for periods over one hour. -1 star Of course, one needs to stand up and walk and stretch, but in the occassion when that is not possible and I go over one hour, my back hurts. I've also noticed that even when I do take breaks to walk around, this chair is sstill not comfortable and almost dread having to sit on this chair again. It's an okay chair, maybe good for children, just not a great or awesome chair that I'd recommend to an adult or WFH person that needs to sit for 8 hours/day or more.

love it

I purchased a very similar chair to this as mine is no longer available. When I tried to assemble the chair, I found the seat and the seat connector to the post did not fit. I wrote Costway, explained my problem and they promptly sent me the correct piece needed to complete the assembly. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Costway both their products and especially their customer service.

Do Not Buy This!

I was happy to find this chair but should’ve known it was to good to be true. When my son started to put it together he realized the holes in the bottom of the chair didn’t match up to the bracket to connect it to the base. We contacted the company and they told us there was nothing they could do and all the chairs were manufactured that way so getting a new, we would still have the same problem. So back to the store it went.
