I had it for a few weeks. It’s good for the money. It looks good where I have it positioned between dinning room and kitchen. The description about this product stated it’s wood. It’s not wood. And, the drawers and doors do not line up. I gave up trying to adjust them. It serves its purpose. I won’t buy this type of product online again.

Horrible customer service

Product came damage, I was half way done building when I notice the cracks, I contacted customer service and they said to get a full refund I needed to return the item in the box the item came in, I don’t have the box I asked for a partial refund or to have someday pick it up, the only option target gave me was to returned to the store, I just said I’ll keep it because it was easier than taking apart it. After all it was just cosmetic. But when I finished building the drawers don’t work properly, I’m just so frustrated that target wouldn’t help me I’m a loyal target customer, I’m really disappointed Target customer

Cute but strong chemical smell

Overall looked good and as described. The only reason for slight downgrade was the strong chemical smell. It has been in my kitchen for about 2 weeks and can still smell it when I enter the room. Hopefully it will dissipate with time as it really is cute.

DO NOT BUY!!!

MISSING PIECES !! This is the 2nd time I purchased this because the first time there were missing pieces. After going back and forth with Target fir over a month, the seller finally said they can't send the missing pieces! Fine, so I sent it all back and re-ordered it and what do you know, MISSING PIECES!! Such a waste of time. These boxes are huge and not easy to pack back up. Do not waste your time. Serious quality control with this item!

Very strong odor

As soon as we opened the box, a salty fish smell filled the whole room. My husband put it together in about 3 hours. There are a lot of pieces. Hoping the odor goes away quickly!

Don't buy it

I have 2. The first is great. The second one was scratched and had many imperfections. It was warped. The doors and drawers are uneven. It looks horrible. The only option is to completely disassemble it and send it back or take it to the store assembled.

Cheap! No returns

Don’t believe the reviews. We bought 2 and both came chipping and when assembled are complete garbage. Drawers do not work and doors do not open. Target gave no reasonable resolution options. They said we could take it apart and return it. What a joke. I’m canceling my red card and no longer shopping at target. This place is going downhill fast.

Don’t trust the reviews I believe they are fake. These are very poor quality. If IKEA is a 6/10 quality these are 3/10. The drawers do not align well or shut all the way. Large gaps between the doors and don’t open without rubbing. One of the handles pulled off and can’t be reattached during assembly. These are junk! Lots of pieces arrived with paint chipping! Target will only return if I put them back in the box!!! Come on target!! This is my first bad experience with target!!

If you look at the sideboard from the distance, not bad. The instructions at first are pretty easy to follow. The doors did take me awhile to line up but I’m still not happy. The drawers on the other hand are a different story. There’s no adjustment instructions. I’ve tried for a long time to get them level. (Nope!) The bottom of the drawers are made from cardboard like you use on the back. Also, a good number of screws are stripped.

Love It

I am happy I bought this buffet cabinet, it is sturdy “not cheap”and roomy inside to hold a few of my small kitchen appliances and a some serving dishes & dishes and I really like the color; it’s grey with a hint of light blue, it goes well with my decor! I do have to say it was a little overwhelming putting it together, thank God for my two daughter in laws who are mechanically inclined which ( I’m not) only took 4 hours to put together, they did a wonderful job 😊

Beautiful and sturdy.

I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this cabinet from Target. It arrived 5-6 days early which was a pleasant surprise. I immediately got to work to assemble the cabinet. It took about four hours, I was impressed about the quality and truly felt it was a great purchase. It is beautiful and extremely sturdy!!!

Beautiful sideboard

Beautiful piece of furniture at a great price! Delivery was fast and with all parts and pieces included. Time consuming assembly and you need much patience! But well worth the time and effort since its a great addition to my dining room.

Chemical Smell is Extreme

I like the style and it matches my dining room table, but the chemical smell is extreme when you open the box, and I am not a person overly sensitive to smells. I have put together several pieces of furniture over the years, and I have never encountered this issue before. I can't comment on the assembly as I have not put it together yet. Waiting to see if the smell will dissipate. If not, it is unusable and will be returned.

Great purchase!

I rarely ever write any product reviews, but I was extremely pleased with this sideboard! It did take a fair amount of time to ensemble (probably around 3 hours or so), but considering the size and features, I'd say that amount of time should be expected. The instructions were clear; however, the diagrams and pictures included in the instructions could have been a bit larger. But overall, I am extremely satisfied with it! I spent A LOT of time researching sideboards/buffets- I'm talking about months I spent searching for something I liked that was decently priced. I am so happy I finally settled on this one. It has plenty of storage and seems to be sturdy enough to withhold just about anything I'd want to use it for.

Well designed. Easy Instructions!

The assembly instructions for this are well thought out. All of the panels/pieces are marked with letters. The hardware was complete with no missing parts. I especially like the design of the drawers. The bottom of the drawers are designed in a way that they get extra support from the drawer rails that are attached to the inside of the panels. My only issue with this piece of furniture is the way the thin panel mounts to the backside. There is an area near the center that does not have much support due to the fact that there are nothing to attach the panel to in one area. If you are able to push this up flush to the wall it isn't an issue. In my case the base boards prevent me from having the support of the wall to push things to the back of the cabinet without worrying about damaging the back panel. Overall the back panel is still better than furniture I have assembled in the past. I think adding a brace through the center in the back would resolve this issue in my case. One more thing. When ordering online this item looks more white than gray. When we received it and opened the box we thought we were sent the wrong one. It actually looks bluish gray. We like it though.

Odor

I like the buffet. However, there is an odor that has not gone away. I have had this buffet since the end of 2020 and to date the odor is still there. I have tried various odor removing products with no luck. I would send this back but the hassle of taking it apart stops me. The odor is the only reason I gave it a three rating. I like everything else about it and it is very sturdy. I do not recommend buying this product.

It looks nice...

Ordered this cabinet because it looked like it would match my kitchen cabinets. It arrived in 2 heavy boxes. Shipping was quick, which was nice. I opened it and was pretty surprised at the amount of hardware it takes to put this together. Hint... get a drill with a Phillips bit. You're gonna need it. Not all the holes lined up for the panels that go on the back, but everything else worked out fine. I had all the hardware except 1 screw. One of the front doors had white marks that were set into the finish. Possibly packing material that was put on wet stain? Regardless, it's not going to come off. I contacted Giantex, they cannot replace the door, but they are sending me a replacement screw. They refunded me $40 for the door issue. Can't say I'm impressed with the price, but after investing the amount of time and energy to put it together, I'm not returning it. It looks nice. Can't say I truly love it tho...

Very Nice Piece of Furniture

This is a lovely piece. The capacity is huge and it is very attractive. While I wouldnt go so far as to say it is easy-assembly, it's pre-drilling is very accurate, and the directions are fairly clear. You will want to pay particular attention to the direction of the drawer roller tracks, but that is the most difficult part. We are very pleased with it's quality.

Sideboard / Cabinet

I purchased this cabinet for my home office. It came well-packaged and protected and without damage. There was an odor from the cabinet that lasted most of the day. I don't know if it was paint and/or a chemical odor. It is gone now. It took a while to assemble it. No written directions, only diagrams/pictures. The interior shelves are adjustable with 3 height levels to choose from. The pull drawers are spacious: approximate measurements are 14.5 inches wide from left to right, 4.5 inches tall from bottom to top, 13 inches in length from front to back. I selected the gray color. It's a light soft gray. Just what I wanted!
