Heavy duty shower chair. Like the design a lot. Put it together by myself but took a while alone. Had a backup Allen wrench and liked mine better. Would recommend.

Very stable and attractive

This bench is exactly what we wanted for our shower. We didn’t want the ugly plastic ones. This is very attractive and completely stable., I don’t think you could tip it over if you tried. It’s a perfect height and the handles really add to the safety when standing up on a wet shower floor. The feet do not slip on the tile.

Heavier, Larger Than Expected

Even though I had a tape measure in hand when buying this, my mental picture of it was smaller and lighter. Totally my fault. Perhaps the objects the table was sitting next to in the photos (or inside, in the case of the shower) made it look smaller? Regardless, that\'s on me. We see what we want to see?Here it is in my 1950s-sized bathtub. It\'s off-white, not bright white. It feels much heavier than the 20 pounds in the description. My boyfriend helped me assemble it because of its weight. But it is SOLID. I can easily see it holding a 300 pound person. Just be prepared that it\'ll \"live\" wherever you want to use it. It\'s not one of those lightweight handicap benches you move back & forth.If you have a big shower, this bench would be perfect. My bathroom is small, so I\'ll use it somewhere else. Perhaps on the patio or deck since it\'s waterproof. It\'s attractive, and worth the money.It was not easy to put together because we stripped the enclosed Allen wrench. Thankfully, I had another in a drawer. Don\'t tighten the screws all the way when you first assemble it because you need the extra maneuverability to make the holes line up.I would not buy this again because it doesn\'t fit my needs. It is good quality.

Not only does this shower chair/bench look great, but it\'s also sturdy! Easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in and perfect for my little shower.

Senior shower seat

My only complaint is the Allen wrench was not good. Could only get screws half in and yhen impossible to turn. I finally found my own set of Allen wrenches and successfully completed the assembly.

Good wide size for this seat and the handles either side to help you up are great. It is a little wobbly though even though the screws provided have been tightly screwed in.

Looks great and very sturdy

Thus is a great safety bench for the bathroom for someone that needs that. Can definitely be used in the shower if you have a larger shower. The rubber grips on the bottom make it extremely stable.

Heavy and putting it together

If I would have known that it was extremely heavy for one person to lift I probably would have chosen something else. I had to get someone to bring it to my house for me, I couldn’t lift the box. Also no where did it say it would be better to have two people to put it together, I didn’t and it was not easy to do, I probably would have chosen one that folded instead and already put together
