Smaller and lower than I thought would be. One hole they put on one of the beams that goes across to support the legs is not in the middle and is on an odd angle so I cannot assemble that chair until I borrow a drill or buy one as it's on an angle not straight which won't let the bolt go into the other part and tighten.

Not sturdy

These chairs were definitely not sturdy at all. I put one together and sat on it and I felt like I was going on end up on the ground. I wiggled in the seat and I felt like it was going to break. I weigh 150 and my husband 190 and we both felt like it was going to break. Not sure how they are suggested to to 400lbs!!! Returning immediately.

Super cute. But very cheap. Not sturdy when leaning back on the chair. I’d buy them to stage a home but everyday use.

So far so good!

These are a fairly light chair, but they look good and do the job. My son and husband are both husky guys and these chairs have held up for about a month now. No issues. Glad I did my research and purchased these.

Good quality, wonderful value at the right price

We ordered 2 sets of 2 chairs for a total for four chairs for our oak pedestal table, for our breakfast nook, that was purchased second hand. I was very hesitant to spend a ton of money on a cheaply made, hunk of modern garbage, and I’m so glad I bought these because they are definitely a few steps above that without being overpriced.

Easy to assemble, just hand screw legs on, adorable!

I went back and forth about ordering chairs for my table and I decided to pull the trigger on these and I’m glad I did. They are super cute! Nice modern farmhouse look like I was going for. They are sturdy and we’re super easy to assemble.

These chairs are fabulous. Bought to go with a smaller kitchen table. They are perfect! Love the style and they are sturdy. Look very nice!

Cute and modern!

I was actually looking at these on a furniture store website and came across them on Costway for a way better deal. They took less than 20 minutes to assemble both. They came in big boxes but I am appreciative of the quality packaging. They look perfect with my medium brown modern farmhouse kitchen table.

Good for the price

The assembly was a bit tough... not because the instructions were hard to understand, but because the manufacturing of some of the pieces meant they didn\'t fit together well. Beyond that, good quality for the price. The seats are comfortable

Dissatisfied

Two of the 10 chairs I bought broke the first and second day. The backs snapped at base of spindles. Not sure if do to poor quality or if happened during shipping. So far the rest are okay. Extremely disappointed with Macys selling this product to their customers!

Far better than expected

I had my doubts about these chairs as I assembled them with little lateral support for the seat but so far they have dealt with my weight without a murmur. They look good and accept the seat pads that I use very well.One slight warning though. The plastic feet whilst protecting my composite kitchen floor make the chairs prone to sliding if I don't think about the way that I sit down. I will probably replace these with felt pads.

Cracked after one week

After one week one of the chairs cracked. The 400 lb weight limit cannot be correct because no one close to 400 lbs sat in the chair. They look great but are not sturdy.

Easy to put together by yourself. They're solid, can handle a bit of weight, have a wide seat and come with little felt stickers for the bottom of the legs. I will say that the back is a lot lower than you think BUT they're still very stunning, classic chairs that fit almost any aesthetic.

Simple black chairs

Love the look. I don’t know how comfortable they are yet, they have a flat seat. Also I ordered 6 chairs, 3 boxes. 2 of the boxes were returned, no instructions, screws in a sandwich bag, styrofoam all broken up (made a HUGE) mess in my home. 2 chairs were cracked.

These gorgeous additions to our dining room were easy to assemble and look like they have always been there. They are comfortable to sit and my wooden floors are extremely grateful for the complimentary feet pads. I would reccomend this product again and again with positive responses I've had from visitors.

Absolutely LOVE this styled chair and so happy we were able to get it even cheaper in the Boxing Day sales! They're a modern yet cottage style chair and absolutely brighten our space up!

Excellent quality chairs, especially at this price point. Sturdy but lightweight. Easy to assemble. We purchased the black version and they look significantly more expensive than what they were. Genuinely, a high end look on a budget.
