Jewelry cabinet

Item ordered twice. First one we sent back because of so many issues. 2nd still had scratches my husband was able to fix with stain. One drawer doesn’t close easily but I am choosing to live with it. Otherwise seems to be a decent jewelry organizer…just don’t expect it to be in perfect condition.

I’ve read all the reviews on these shipped jewelry armoires, and overall, the reviews are not good. Has to do with damage during manufacturing. Customer Service issues. Finish, damage to wood, etc. I took a chance anyway and I feel I got lucky. It was well wrapped for shipment. No obvious damage other than one of the handles had been unscrewed off. But at least I had the handle hardware. Could not screw it back in but I superglued it back in place. So far so good. The top handle is also coming loose I noticed. But it’s not functional; it’s just for looks. I’ll leave it alone, or else use my gorilla glue again if necessary. The screws are stripped. There is a velvet backing on the inside of the drawer, so I cannot maneuver the screw back onto the drawer handle. A minor problem. Still, the cabinet is sturdy and I’m having fun filing it up. Turns out I probably need another one. Might be a personal problem.

Loved the cabinet, just what I was looking for. Beautiful. Only thing it had two fairly sizable nicks on the front.

If quality is important, do not buy this armoire!

This actually comes from a marketplace seller through the Macy's site. The cabinet is poorly made, with paper that looks like wood instead of veneer on the outside of the drawers that does not match the wood color of the piece, and the drawer linings are glued in but not always evenly, and some areas are dented. Three of my drawers did not line up, and there are several dings where the stain is missing. I did contact the company regarding the quality and though they blamed the quality on shipping, they did discount the item to make things right after a couple of attempts to return. I would not buy from this company again due to poor manufacturing quality.

I have been looking for a jewelry armoire for over a year, the reviews are all over the chart, I wanted an extra large dark wood that matched my bedroom suit. This was as close as I could find, not exactly what I wanted or expected in height it is really short and narrow. I have no way of returning it so I will have to make do.

Mine did break ;but, it was easily fixed!

The drawers don't easily close. They get off track easily! That is a little frustrating! I had plenty room for my jewelry. I have two armoires!

The pc arrives with no instructions on how to make the top stay on not there any place to attach the top to the unit very disappointed.

Not Worth the Price

I really wanted to love this, however I just can't get past the quality for the cost. It is a pretty sturdy piece and the size/layout is great. It is gorgeous at first glance. The color is rich and the lines are nice. However, for being fresh out of the box, the amount of flaws are disheartening. Several spots are cracking/peeling. I'm actually afraid to really open it because it just can't handle the minimal wear and tear. The drawer pulls/handles are ridiculously cheap and chincy plastic. If this was around $100 - $125 MAX then I would be pleased. But for over $300 I would NOT recommend. The quality just isn't there. This is not an heirloom piece and you can get similar quality cheaper or better yet spend the money on something else. So disappointing.

This is absolutely fabulous. So many drawers and multiple abilities to size the drawers for appropriate usage. Excellent design, drawers close smoothly and hinged drawers close as well.

Damaged upon arrival; immediately returning..

Would have been fine if it was beat you looking, but it appears there’s no quality assurance checks on this product whatsoever. The packaging was tight but the product itself was damaged and had numerous issues. Frustrated and will now have to go through the inconvenience of returning this heavy and cumbersome “gift”…

Scratches, nicks and dings!!!!

The jewelry draws don't have rails so they hang down. Also had several scratches and nicks, Well packaged looks like company defects. And took an additional two weeks after expected delivery date!!
