Good quality product, easy to assemble and looks great. Wood is sturdy and item does not bend or shake when uses. I highly recommend this product.

Nice but BAD chemical odor!

I really like the chest, however there is a very 'chemical' odor that we cannot seem to dissipate. I need to request information!

Can’t assemble

The part was made incorrectly so assembly was impossible. Don’t waste your time on this.

Strong odor wont go away! Smells toxic!

Nice looking but extremely bad smelling! My husband put this together in a few hours. When he opened the box anf the smell was overwhelming. We have had it airing out (we bring it outside everyday its sunny) for several days (a week now!) and it still stinks. Our whole house wreaks and the neighbors were over and noticed! We can not put this dresser in our child's bedroom, which is what we bought it for. Im afraid these are toxic fumes.

I was able to assemble this myself, which isn't my favorite thing, so it isn't rocket science. It isn't solid wood, but the size was perfect for my daughter's room and it has held up well.

Everything we were wanting.!

We always read reviews before purchasing and I am very honest posting this to say this piece of furniture is everything we would want it to be. We always want to purchase solid wood and it is difficult to find that anymore. This Chest has all the feel and look of solid wood. It is very high quality. It takes some time putting it together, and it is heavy for that reason. It's solid. The color is an off-white, the knobs heavy with the look of antique steel and the drawers slide in and out so easily The price is a little high, but now that we see how well made it is, it is fair. We are using it for a guest bedroom. We are thrilled with it!

Comes in a Million Parts!!!!!!

The description was not clear,this comes in literally a hundred parts,my box had been previously opened and did not have instructions. Anything with this many parts requiring the consumer to not assemble,but to build would not in my mind be sturdy.

Rich white is NOT white.

Well, I learned that Rich white is not "white" but rather off white. I should have read the reviews first. As soon as I ordered, I read the reviews and then immediately cancelled, but they shipped it anyway. I had to return it, but the Hayneedle customer service person made it easy on me and had FedX pick it up from my house.
