Well when I first got the order I was upset because the subcontractors sent the wrong size. I got the smaller size. I immediately went to Customer Servicevia the Web to see what could be done. I jumped through the hoops, sent the photos and ended up finishing everything in text. Why text because I an extremely heard of hearing and the sun has gone down. I wouldn't be able to keep a phone call live for more than 3 minutes. FIrst off, despite the wrong size it is still smaller than the measurements as described. I got this blanket for a 13 year old dog that has has spinal stenosis and some other health problems so it is imperative I spoil this lady. Her name is Duchess Caprice so even tho she is a rescue she still is royalty to me. I have previously gotten her the comfort bed in the same material as the blanket. . SHe loves the feel of the bed. I was going to give a lower amount of stars but Customer Servies really came thru and after we dealt with everything and I got the email confirmation of what we spoke about I put the blanket on the Duchesse's bed. She fell asleep instantly so I know she was comfy. (refer to first photo) That is what is really important to me that the Duchess really liked it.
