This is a fantastic little pellet grill. Takes a bit to get going but once it does, smoky perfection. I’ve made everything from chicken, fish and pizza on it, and it all came out great. Being portable is a major plus.

Best money I ever spent. It works 100% and we have used it to cook and bake. It’s gone camping for many years now

This grill is the real deal. The flavor is incredible, meat is tender. 100 worth the price. Use it every chance I get.

Portable smoker

we took this electric smoker camping with us. It is wonderful. We have a full-size smoker at home, and this portable smoker works just as good as the full size. we absolutely love the ease and portability of this smoker. (We purchased an ash cup on amazon to help remove the ashes.)

I'm sure this is a great product had I been able to carry it. It weighs about 50#. I had to return it only because of that, but it came highly recommended by family members.

Works great, just keep it clean and you won’t have any problems

Broke on my first cook.

(My first attempt with this smoker). While smoking a pork butt about 3 hours in, the heat was going down and the smoker was making a loud noise. I turned it off and checked to see if the pellets were clogging the auger. I cleared the pellets away and turned it back on. Upon inspection I noticed that the auger was not turning. I called the customer service number, and the support tech sent me a link so he could see through my phone what was going on. He tried to have me fix it, (which was odd to me) and was not able to get the auger reconnected. He decided to order a new part for me to try again to fix it. (Again, odd to me). I ordered the smoker through BBQ Guys, but the service was through Pit Boss Grills? Not sure how this is going to turn out.

I love the pellet grills. This on is just the right size for 2 people. Grill is built solid and looks great
