These tiles are great! Strongly recommend using Liquid Nails to attach to your ceiling; the Locktite doesn’t have the same adhesive quality. Lightweight material; the job goes quickly, with the exception of cutting the finishing pieces; recommend using scissors instead of a utility knife for cleaner edges.

These ceiling tiles make it very easy to update your ceiling with any look and color you want. They are lightweight and easy to install. They come in a variety of patterns and can be painted whatever color you want. FAST and EASY ceiling update!! Highly reccomend these!

We got white tiles…not the wheat colored…The tiles were SO light weight and easy to apply and have stayed in place VERY well!! My room looks wonderful. We’re thinking of doing a big area in our home!! Much faster application than we thought! We decided to do a diagonal pattern and turned out so nice!! Love them!!

These tiles went perfectly with my mid-century home. There was a hole in my ceiling from a roof leak. It was a small hole and I did not want to remove the entire ceiling. These glue up tiles were the perfect item to hide the holes and give my ceiling a whole fresh new look.

These surprised me out of the package because of the styrofoam, but I trusted the reviews and the process. It came out beautifully on my ceiling. We had to rip out a wall and new sheetrock is not as thick as 70's sheetrock so the match was way off. This covering helped solve the problem! Super satisfied.

I got these for my she-shed. When I got them out of the package I thought these things look like hamburger styrofoam boxes … they’re shiny and light. I really didn’t think they’d look good. Well on the ceiling they look great. But you do need to paint the white ones bcs if the burger factor. But they look amazing and I’ve gotten several compliments on the ceiling. No one would ever guess what they’re made of! Super easy to install as well.

This isn’t so much about the product as it is about the awful customer service I have received about this product! As you can see from the attached pictures, Wayfair had this product advertised on their website for .36 per sq ft. I needed approximately 160 sq ft so when it asked to calculate that, it computed to 2 boxes of 86.4 sq ft or a total of 172.8 sq ft. At .36 per sq ft, total was 63.04 on their website. So with tax, I was charged 67.77. When I received the product, I got two packages that contained 21.66 sq ft each for a total of 43.32 sq ft. Well short of the 172.8 sq ft the website said I was ordering! And that computes to approximately 1.46 per sq ft instead of the advertised price of .36 per sq ft! I haven’t opened any of the packaging but it definitely reminds me of styrofoam plates and I would not pay 1.46 per sq ft. Wayfair either honor what was on your website and send me the rest of my order or give me my money back!

I used this product to effect a quick , easy repair to a ciling in a commercial bath remodel. It went up right over the top of the old cieling tiles and looks great. I took off one star because I am sick and tired of these guys never telling you right up front exactly what adhesives will work with them. I used Powergrab Heavy Duty to put them up and found that 4 cirlcles and a bead around the edge worked well, I caulked the joints and perimiter with latex painters caulk and primed and painted with latex paint. I noticed that when I was nearly done that there is a very subtle patern to the embossing but I doubt the average person would notice unless it were installed where they sat or layed there looking at it for a while. However it should have been mentioned in the nearly nonexistant instructions. Since the patern exists they should also have a small arrow or something on the backs to quickly align them.

I cannot believe I found what I have been looking from years ago. So simple, easy to install and an outstanding product. We have struggled with our bathroom ceiling for years. The damp environment took it's toll on the ceiling surface. We've tried every thing to restore it. This not only covers the blemishes but gives it a brand new finish. Such a wonderful product! These ceiling tiles made our family room look beautiful! It hides all the cracks and flaws. Was easy to put up. However, it is a two person job and VERY time consuming. My husband glued and made the cuts and I applied to ceiling. I definitely recommend buying extra for when you make cutting mistakes . I also recommend that you plan on painting them either before or after application so it doesn't look like you saved every take-out Styrofoam box you ever owned and put it on your ceiling. Without painting, they are very shiny. Make sure that you calk between all four sides of each square to fill in tiny gaps.Painting alone will not fill these in. This video makes it look easy and it really is. It's just that it takes forever if you want it done right and look beautiful which mine does! Make sure you measure and start from the center of ceiling going out. Going to do basement ceiling next!

The ceiling tiles exceeded our expectations. They were light as a feather and installed easily with the Loctite Power Grip, recommended in your demonstration. They were easy to trim at edges where out porch wasn't "in square".

Perfect for old house

We installed these tiles in the typical old farmhouse "added later" bathroom. The ceiling is lathe and not quite square,and not even. We started at the center with the light fixture and worked out way out as directed and it turned out great. We debated weather or not to paint them,and in the end did not and they look fine. They have held up fine as well even over the shower with the steam and all. My fiance and I did this together,and we had no prior experience, and are still engaged lol. He stayed on the ladder and told me the measurements and I cut and applied glue and handed them back to him to place. We have received a lot of compliments on our bathroom makeover project. We will definitely use this product again as we work on the house.

Surprisingly easy!!

We used this in a bathroom in an old house. The existing ceiling was old plaster and lathe. The plaster had fallen away in one corner. Originally we were going to use a drop ceiling, but our hardware store suggested these and showed us samples saying they would cover flaws well too and be easier to install than drop ceiling.
