Great Inside-Outside Rug

This my second Palmetto rug. I bought the Spa. When I first get them I laid them upside down for a day or so & after that they lay flat.I love the quality of these rugs as they aren’t scratchy or rough feeling like some inside-outside rugs. Easy to keep clean by hosing them down.

Great looking, bring it inside every winter

Bought this two years ago. First year I brought it inside (I live on Long Island NY). Second year I left it outside all winter, and it shed a few layers of the dominant color, which is made from a fuzzy material. I love the look, but it’s not as durable as I need.

Great for all the right reasons

The rug fits my design and traffic pattern needs perfectly. The color gives the room a little ‘pop’! The construction and ability to withstand a high traffic area are just what was needed.

Great looking rug!

The light blue outdoor rug arrived in a timely manner. We love it! It is on our deck with our patio furniture which is navy blue and it really sets off the furniture. It replaces another Ballard rug which we had for many years and we know we’ll get a good number of years with this one.

Striking but tasteful design

This is just what i needed. The rug is sturdy but comfortable underfoot. It doesn't slip on my kitchen floor. I love the classic design - simple but still makes a statement.

Not pet friendly

I purchased this rug about a year ago because I thought it would be really durable and easy to clean. We’ve got two toddlers and a large breed dog, and things can get pretty crazy! Within weeks, I started noticing places where my dog’s claws snagged the carpet, and no matter how much I vacuumed it reeked of dog. It just absorbed dander - more so than the carpet in our bedrooms. If I could go back in time, I’d choose another rug.

Fade resistant, not fade-proof

This is my second time purchasing this rug. Originally arrived in a nice deep blue. After 3 summers (and storing for the winter), it had faded to the point that I wanted to replace it. The previous navy outdoor rug I had from a different manufacturer, only lasted 1 year before fading, so this might be about the best you can expect as far as UV protection.

Color not accurate

I have returned this product because the color of rug in picture does not match the color of the rug. It was too orange!

Gorgeous Rug!

Beautiful, high quality rug! My dog had an accident on it and I had to use Resolve carpet cleaner- the dark navy color did not fade at all!

Indoor/outdoor Palmetto rug

This rug is just as I had envisioned. We use indoor/outdoor rugs, mostly, because we have an older dog who has some issues with his bladder. The rug looks just like the picture and adds some color to our dining room. Thank you for this rug, even though I had to wait for about four months until it was back in stock.
