The rug is just okay for me. It is more pure whitegray than cream or off white. It is not as plush as it looks in the pic. Overall, its a fine rug. The shipping and packaging were both fabulous!!!!

Not what I thought it was, the pictures are very deceiving in that you can’t choose a color. I thought it would be more of a creamgreybeige. Instead it’s bright white and gray. I don’t know if that varies but as I searched, the reviews are linked to multiple different listings in Wayfair, none of which specify a color choice. Quality isn’t bad, but it’s not soft and feels like cheap carpet when you touch and sit on it. I wish there were an option to return and guarantee the right color match.
