NOT a genuine Coway filter

This filter is counterfeit. It didn't arrive in a box, and the printing on the side of the filter is very different from the actual Coway filter I received from a different store. Buyer beware.

Not a Conway product

This was a knock-off product shaped like a Coway filter but is not legit — no distinctive design or branding features present. Scam, returned.

Disappointing air purification

The filter set / purifier for my Coway Airmega purifier did not help with recent wildfire smoke. My studio apartment (within SQFT range of the purifier) remained smoky throughout the weekend. The purifier never ramped up, nor did the sensor light indicate it picked up any particulate. Additionally, cooking fumes have also remained strong and do not get cleaned from the air. The purifier will ramp up if my cat walks by it - but does not seem to actually work to sense air quality. Disappointing purchase

Love my AirMega - this filter order not so much

Horrible shipping experience. Box arrived damaged, Hepa filter had a dent but I was able to straighten it out mostly. Both black deodorizer filters missing. The Conway box alone is not suitable in my opinion for shipping. Had to reorder from A to get the deodorizers and now have another hepa replacement. Expensive shipping disaster

I'm sure it would have been fine if I'd rec'd it

My order was shipped to the wrong state. Walmart customer service was helpful in getting a refund.

Received a knock off product. Returned.

The item was supposed to be genuine Conway filters but the packaging and actual HEPA filter don't have any genuine markings that I'm used to, so I'm not sure if the item description was accurate. I haven't used it yet so I don't know how well it will hold up

Advertised as "genuine Coway..." --- product is cheap unmarked knock-off. Total scam.

Looks like a generic replacement to me.

While the photos in the image show this as a brand-label item, these look very generic to me. No mention of Coway anywhere on the box or filter. So, if I am getting generic items, why would I pay brand pricing?

50% price increase? Disgusting.

Seriously? Coway is going to gouge filter prices by raising them 50%? Home Depot is alreadu settling cases of illegal pricing on products. It looks like their vendors are doing the same. Your business model has priced you out of use (we have 4 units). Back to Honeywell purifiers. They understand return business and affordable operation costs.

An excellent air purifier

This is our third air purifier of the same variety. We very much like this Coway brand!

50% price increae

A 50% price increase. From $38 to $55. This equates to roughly 25% of the purchase price of the purifier to maintain it with approved filters. We have 4 units. That means $200+ minimum yearly maintenance cost for approved filters. Time to switch back to Honeywell. Great job on eliminating customers by pricing them out. Excellent business strategy.

New filter types

I thought the “Fresh” filter would smell good but it doesn’t. I’ll stick with the regular filters from now on. Still love my Coway air purifiers! They definitely clean the air!!

Good product

Does what it’s suppose to do and does it well. Filters a lot of dust and pollen from the air so that sneezing and coughing is lessened.

Chinese knock off.

Chinese knockoff. Not genuine Coway as advertised. I will be returning. The product, when compared to the genuine filters, is inferior.
