It was about what I expected--except for the unlevel legs. It wobbles, so good ole piece of cardboard helped with it, but it's visible, and that does bother me a teensy bit, lol! Oh, and it's much lighter than you would think! It works for our needs.

Perfect for my outdoor patio. The color of the cushion is kind of a bummer because you can see dirt, but other than that it’s great!
If/when cushion fails you can't use this bench.
If/when the cushion fails you can't use this bench. The cushion has a hard support in it. You place the cushion on the bench and it covers two large open areas on the frame of the bench. You CANNOT use this bench without the built in cushion. You will fall through the frame of the bench without the cushion. Terrible design.
It's a nice substantial bench. I will enjoy it many years.
