This is the second one I have bought. An absolutely great purifier. And it’s not some big ugly thing sticking out. It truly works to filter the air. I am a smoker and the minute I light one up- it turns dark red in response. Same with cooking spicy food. Filters last about a year.

Helps my allergies!

I have been wanting to get an air purifier for some time now but it was really hard trying to find the right one for my family. I have tried Crane products in the past and was very happy when I found out they made air purifiers as well. I have been using this air purifier for about 2-3 weeks and love it! It's so easy to use and I like all the different functions it offers. It has a sleep mode, a timer and 3 different fan speed settings.

Fresh Air

I received the Crane True HEPA Air Purifier with Germicidal UV Light for Small to Medium Rooms a few weeks ago and I’m pretty impressed. This is actually my first time using an air purifier so not much to compare it to. As always, please read directions before use and don’t handle the purifier with wet hands. When I first decided to use it it was at bed time. My husband was breathing pretty bad, seasonal allergies, and I set the Crane to sleep mode (runs quiet). It wasn’t even a whole hour when I came back to the room with him breathing easier and quiet. So impressed! I told him about it the next day and now he uses it EVERY night! It’s for small to medium rooms so I’ll have to purchase one for large rooms because I absolutely love being able to breath easily during this pollen filled season. I personally use the Crane purifier when I take naps. It clears up my sinus issues. Honestly, if I didn’t think I would break it, this machine would stay on 24/7 but I do let it rest. I’m glad I was able to try and with everything (germs, pollen, pet dander) floating around the air inside and out it’s great that this air purifier allows for some relief. Give it a try. There’s so many settings and speeds so you choose how you want the air controlled around you. It's also light weight so you can easily move it room to room.

Breathing Easy

I've been going through my day with a stuffed nose, not realizing there was anything wrong. Just thought I had a stuffed nose. When I started using the Crane air purifier, I noticed that my nose was actually not as stuffed, and that I could breathe a little easier. (Note: less mouth breathing!) I cant say it is a cure for everything, but it sure has helped. The one thing that i dont like is that it is very loud. I wasn't expecting that. But I'm sure I'll get used to it, especially if I can breathe better. It looks great on my desk, very sleek and doesn't take up a lot of room. And the cord is a good size, which I appreciate. So I can basically move the unit wherever I need it.

Air Purifier That Truely Works!

Highly recommended! This Crane Air Purifier is unbelievably amazing! It really works its best. The quality, effectiveness and affordability of this Crane Air Purifier are truly worth your money. Since we started using this in our bedroom I could tell right away that there’s a huge difference. My allergies subside. Air quality & circulation in our room feels a lot cleaner. It is not dusty anymore compared before. This is a perfect size, very easy to assemble and to use. It runs quiet which is perfect for light sleepers like me. The germicidal UV light and the HEPA filter of this air purifier works amazing!

This is such a wonderful purifier

I got our Purifier almost a week ago and I have had it going every morning, through the afternoon while my daughter plays in her playroom. It is so quiet! I have done a lot of research to find our perfect purifier. I really wanted one that offered a UV light addition because of the “deeper cleaning” ability. We have a dog that we take on walks and occasional play parks, and I do worry about what we might be bringing indoors with him. This was such an easy decision for me and I also love the cosmetic feature, it looks amazing with our home decor. Plus, it is super easy to take room to room if needed. I will be getting another for my mom.

Just Perfect

I live in Texas and allergies are crazy here and usually my house gets really stuffy for me. To top it off I work with multiple types of glue for strassing. The Crane True HEPA Air Purifier with UV light has been amazing for my allergies and to not have any lingering glue smell. So I know it works amazingly when I don't smell glue. I definitely recommend buying one. Another great thing is the size is just right not to big or small just perfect. Has many great settings and options to choose from.

Terrific air purifier

We received our Crane air purifier over a week ago and have put it in our living room. My family and I have terrible allergies and we also have a dog so an air purifier was an absolute must. I love the sleek look, very lightweight and quiet with multiple settings. There’s option to activate the germicidal UV light or leave it off, and four speeds that you can run the machine at. Even at the highest setting, the noise is comparable to a white noise machine.

But it because replacement filters are available

After purchasing (3) air purifiers of a different brand, I switched to this unit which has replacement filters. The other brand did not.

No assembly. Just put in you Crane Air Filter. I have this in my living room. I dusted and vacuumed my living room to remove dust and airborne particles. My living room is 129 sq. ft. and the Crane is for rooms up to 250 sq. ft. I started with the turbo setting to see how quickly the airborne particles and dust would be filtered out into clean fresh air. Within minutes mu nose could smell the clean cool air. My nose is always dry inside and I can never breathe out of both nostrils. I set it to low (4 settings lo, med, high, turbo) and still enjoyed the clean fresh air. My bedroom is next to my living room so I keep the door closed to keep that fresh air in my living. I have a Coway AP-1216L in my bedroom which puts out clean air. It feels like air conditioning. I have to put on my sweater or my zip hoodie. I love my Crane 5 stars and Coway 6 stars. I am breathing freely, sleeping soundly and waking up with no sleep in my eyes, coughing, dry nose and dry mouth. Thanks Crane and Coway.

So quiet!

Received this Crane purifier a couple weeks ago and so far, it's been a really good product for our family. Unboxing and set up was a breeze, we plugged it in and pressed the power button and it worked flawlessly. This unit is so quiet sometimes I forget it is on! I love the feature where the lights for the settings dim off after about 10 seconds once it is running, since we run this unit at night, it isn't bright and annoying at night like other units, so it doesn't disrupt sleep. Since starting to use this air purifier, we have noticed less allergies for our babies, especially in the winter season when our central heat is on and it pushes particles throughout the room. Great value and definitely would recommend this product to parents!

Amazing Purifier

Unique air filter in that it uses both UV light AND a HEPA to clean the air. Most air filters on the market offer one or the other. The design is petite, modern and sleek. The noise level is very low on the low and medium settings. On the high setting the fan is slightly louder than our air purifiers from other brands but at this price point it basically blows the competition out of the water. You can’t beat it. And in a bedroom it provides the perfect amount of white noise you may seek for improved sleep.

Cute compact purifier

We actually have a few of these in a couple different rooms of my house now, because of its compact size, and it’s relatively attractive and unobtrusive (even in my living room).

Quiet and Effective

I received this product to test and review and I love it! The Crane True-HEPA Air Purifier has been a great addition to our home and gives us an extra comfort in protection for airborne particles and germs. I love how quiet it is - I was afraid the purifier would be pretty noisy. I like that there are four different settings: 1, 2, 3 and turbo. The built-in timer of 2, 4, and 8 hours are really great depending upon our needs. Sometimes I run it while we’re sleeping depending on our day or if the cat is around. I also like the built-in germicidal UV light to help reduce viruses and bacteria. This came at the perfect time with me being a teacher and having two small children. This product works really great and I’m considering getting one to out by my desk at school for some extra protection! It is easy to use and the instructions are easy to understand.

Compact with excellent features

I am using this air purifier in my son's room as he has developed allergies the past few years. I love that it has multiple timer and fan settings. My favorite feature is the UV light that kills mold, fungus, bacteria and viruses. The filter is easy to access and replace. We have 2 dogs that love to sleep in our bedrooms that I am sure contribute to my son's allergies. I also am very happy that the unit itself is compact and makes little running noise. I've had it running since I took it out of the box and my son has not noticed. The air purifier offers all of the features I need, all housed in a small and quiet unit that is visually appealing. I am glad that the air purifier is not a big piece of black plastic.

Love this humidifier!

My family and I love this air purifier! We love how it’s sleek and compact, and so lightweight! We have it on our night stand in the master room and it looks aesthetically pleasing that I don’t mind it in my room! The purifier was easy to set up and the directions were very clear. All I did was took it out of the box, remove the plastic bag over the filter, and plugged it in! All the buttons were on top of the machine and were user friendly. There are 3 timers and 3 speed settings. I mainly use the purifier at night on the first speed setting with 4-6 hours running time. My baby is a light sleeper and she slept through the night with this purifier running. The purifier was quiet and I love the automatic timer setting. The UV light is a bonus and gives me a peace of mind with all the germs everywhere right now. My kids have allergies and since using this purifier, I’ve noticed less runny noses and water eyes. I definitely know it’s because of this purifier and I would recommend this air purifier to all my family and friends!

Asthma and Allergy helper

As a family of allergy and asthma patients we have tried our fair share of air purifiers over the years. This one from Crane is one of our favorites so far. It for one is not noisy. So many are. We were able to turn our white noise machine in my daughter's room off and just the little sound from the Crane Air purifier does the job of cleaning the air and enough background sound so she can sleep. I love the touch controls and the fact that it sucks in the air from 360° helps as well. Many only pull in air from 1 direction of the purifier. I have not yet had to change or replace the filter but it seems very easy when it is time to do so. The cord was ample length for our needs. I think this is a good option for bedrooms, offices, or small to medium size rooms. It is small enough to tuck away out of sight if that bothers you. Purified air blows out of the top which helps move the heat in our home right now.

Lifesaver during California wildfires

Woke up one day and saw ashes flying from the sky unfortunately we had left our windows open and all the smoke got inside and lingered there. This lead to upper respiratory symptoms even with our masks on and shutting the windows honestly this purifier really helped with getting rid of that harmful smoke from our home. So if you're living in California where the air quality is pretty poor I'd really suggest getting this for your health. I'm attaching a photo here from our balcony this is how bad the fires are here looks really creepy & apocalyptic I took this picture at 1:00 p.m. it was so dark that I had to turn the flash on I think the best plan is to keep this purifier on and keep the doors & Windows shut

Quiet & effective

I love our air purifier. We’ve had it for a couple weeks now. We keep it in our bedroom & mainly use it at night, but I recently burned something in the oven (oops), setting off the smoke alarms and filling our upper level with a bit of smoke. I immediately turned on the air purifier and a little while later you could tell the difference compared to other rooms in the house. It’s very easy to use. I like the sleep function and use it regularly. There are 4 speeds. Speed 1 is audible, but like a soft noise machine. Turbo, as expected, is loud, but when you do something silly like burn food in the oven... I really love having this in our home
