The couch was delivered without any problem or issues. Charlie with the right facing chaise in dark charcoal is an overpriced office style/ quality sofa. Cushions are stiff and unforgiving and wrapped in a fabric typically used in compact economy cars.

The perfect couch!

I searched for weeks and weeks online to find this couch. It's perfect. Firm but not too firm, feels comfortable and supportive and like I could sit on it for long periods of time. The quality of the fabric is great and looks like it will be easy to clean. Best is that it doesn't have a weird smell like some new couches do. We also love that it secures on the base to keep the sections together so they won't slide apart like some sectionals and modular couches do. it's just absolutely stunning in our new living room. Highly recommend this couch if you're looking for this kind of model.
