Beautiful Cookware that Functions Properly

I am absolutely loving this set! The heat distribution while cooking is great it is also nice to have peace of mind knowing that there are No toxins added to your food from the cookware.

Small Pot Unusable

I love all the Caraway stuff I bought with the exception of the small pot in this set. The curved sides result in a much smaller area on the bottom that interact with the cooktop. The result is that it heats VERY slowly. I not sure how hot it will eventually get as I simply didn’t have the time to wait. I think I’ll use this one as a flower pot. Caraway could fix the problem by refining the shape to increase the contact surface of the bottom. I love the other pieces, but buying 3 pieces to get two that work isn’t a good deal.
