Beautiful chairs really built well. Love the look with our dining b table

I ordered these since my 29 yr old chairs were starting to split. They arrived on my birthday and are absolutely beautiful and sturdy! I just ordered the other 4 to complete the look.

Poor quality and Customer Service

The quality is poor and lots of dent and obvious damages on both dining table and the chair. Also, the free delivery is very tricky! The company offers only 2 days per week for delivery, although it has not been mentioned on the website! and for all other days and time, they will charge you extra money which is same as other companies. If I knew, I would have canceled my order and request for refund. Very unpleasant experience!

These chairs are incredibly comfortable! They sit higher than my former chairs and they look stunning in my dining room.

The fabric is beautiful as is the nailhead trim detailing. As others have said, “cream” is not the most accurate color; it’s more beige/gray and definitely darker than the pictures. I took this into account and it was exactly the color I was hoping for. The chair does sit pretty high, so if you are less than 5’6”, your feet will most likely not be flat on the floor. The seat cushion is harder than it looks, but is softening with use and is not uncomfortable.

Cute! But cheaply made chairs. Bigger than expected. Will eventually replace, but they will do for now.

Very disappointed in quality

I love the look of th chairs but extremely unhappy. I used them as dinning chairs after sitting in them a few times, a bumm (butt) print is left in the Chair. After several days its still there. It does spring back. I would not recommend these chairs to be used often such as a dining room table.

These chairs are absolutely beautiful. They are very sturdy and comfortable. More than I expected. They are a great addition to my dining room.

Pretty but Hard

They're very beautiful chairs, but the fabric is a bit rough, and the chairs are very hard. I'll keep them because they look fantastic in my dining room, but won't do much sitting in them.

The chairs are beautiful and very easy to assemble. They arrived within a few days of ordering. They look great with my dining table. The reason for the four stars is the chairs are very hard. Hopefully the more they’re used the softer the seating will get.

Well built chairs

Beautiful chairs. Very well built. I loved the design and fabric. They didn’t work for me because the wood had a greenish tinge to it that didn’t match my decor.

Seat is a bit hard but it is a beautiful piece of dining furniture.

great looking chairs, perfect with our table

We had to return these chairs. You have to be over 6ft tall to sit comfortably back in them. My feet were hanging and couldn't touch the floor. I'm 5'3. My husband is 5'9. If you sit at the edge, they are fine. But that defeats the purpose of having comfy chairs that you can sit in for hours around the table. These are for Tall people. They are made well and look nice.

Very happy with these chairs! They are sturdy, beautiful, and comfortable! They are deep- my feet do not touch the ground- but that’s okay. Quality fabric, craftsmanship, and details make for eye-catching Captain’s chairs- just waiting on our table!

So BEAUTIFUL! I was on the fence about getting these as arm chairs for my dining room because they were more expensive than the other chairs, but it was SO WORTH IT! They are very sturdy and my 6’5 husband fits in them very nice! Great purchase!

These chairs are beautiful! I have a table that I’ve had for a few years and needed head chairs and the wood matched my table perfectly. True to the image and great quality.
