Poorly Made/Back Fell off due to unstable bracket

I wish this chair would have been better built. I like the look and size.

The seat itself is way smaller than I thought it would be. Definitely have to read the dimensions.

Honestly not comfortable at all. I’ve had it for 6months and I am already replacing it. It is already worn on and wrinkly. Where your back meets the chair there is a wood piece that sticks right into your lower back. I purchased for my nursery and regret it.

Chair looks good aesthetically, but isn’t very comfortable.

So grateful to the person who left the review stating instructions for bottom are backwards. I flipped the base around and it went from being super steep to exactly right.

Decent but not comfy

The best thing was the price point but is not the most comfortable rocking chair has a gap in the back. 5 months later has a sound every time I rock my baby and the cushion is thin.

Uncomfortable

This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. Cushion might as well be styrofoam and you can feel the pole in the middle of the chair back.

Reclines too much.

I ordered this for my daughter and it came with a misaligned bracket. She was unable to assemble the back of the chair to the base. I emailed customer service about the issue, and it took several days to receive a response. I followed up with a phone call to expedite the process and I was told I just needed to wait until someone responded to the email. I asked what the next step would be if I didn’t receive a response and was told to call back. Very disappointed and confused with wayfairs customer service …again. Had a similar issue the last time I ordered something a year ago. Still waiting to see if they resolve the issue 2 weeks later. The email I finally received from customer service said if they’re able to send a replacement part, it will come in 5-10 days. Hopeful they will come through and resolve this issue but I will not be ordering from wayfair again anytime soon. The hassle with customer service isn’t worth it.

Noisy backrest

The backrest is noisy every time I rock.

I put this together myself and it went just fine. It does tip a little forward so you have to use your legs to lean back but that doesn’t bother me one bit. I love the high back so I can rest my head and neck, and I like its firmness so I don’t sink into it so I’m cooler.

Nice solid rocker

The rocker is very firm, definitely not for someone looking for a soft and cushy rocker. The slant of the back also has a tendency to push you forward. I'm 5'6" and it just fits, with feet flat on the floor. I'm ordering a ottoman to make it a more comfortable chair to sit in.
