Reviews

First placed seems like it really is made of holstered materials. The chair and cushions themselves are generally comfy, however, the metal parts that are required for putting the chair together look rather cheap. Also to get it to actually recline is a odd way where you have to manually pull the lower cushion/part of the chair up in order for the chair to recline. Additionally, this makes it difficult to put the chair back down when you want to get off. But I like using it especially for someone who's only leasing for 6 months it was a 'cheaper' option and the color/fabric go nicely with the design of my room/studio.

Comfy Chair

The chair is very comfortable and the massage and heat features are nice. The chair is smaller than expected. Good size for an average sized woman, not for a large woman or man. Footrest is narrow and weak. Good back support.

OVERALL, GREAT CHAIR FOR $

Nice looking comfy chair, easy to assemble, i first thought the side wings were missing and put in a claim but then found them SAFELY stashed in the underside of the chair when I went to assemble the legs. Chair is well made, soft fabric, was well wrapped and packaged, in great condition. COLOR IS Beige not white. OVERALL I LOVE it. Great price. GREAT fit into my small bedroom space. The massage is OK, heat function is working, takes about 10 minutes to start feeling the warmth, gradually gets warmer, it's not instantaneously hot, but it does work.

You get what you pay for

Chair arrived ahead of schedule and intact despite some damage to outside of box. Easy and intuitive to assemble but directions are difficult due to language errors and small diagrams. Chair fit easily into space. When set on massage setting is noisy and somewhat inconsistent. Heating options will be comfy in colder season. It’s a bit of struggle to get the recliner back and to stay back. I think it’s a good bargain for the price but I’m glad this furniture in the guest room won’t get much use. I don’t think it will last long.

First time online furniture buyer--great experience!

This was my first time buying an expensive piece of furniture online that 1) required assembly and 2) is normally something that I'd like to "test out" before committing to. Overall, my husband and I LOVE it and I would definitely recommend it to a friend/buy it again.

Honest Review, Excellent Product for price range

I am certainly very satisfied with this purchase. For the price, and to boot, free shipping, this chair was exactly as described. The color is beautiful, although I see it more coral and the kids say its red. The description also says red, so red it is. There are a few things I will point out for an honest review. The massage function is more of a pulse and/or vibration, so I would describe it as more of a circulation aide, not a massage. I have not yet tried the heat so I can not review. The design of the cup holders I really liked compared to the other chairs that were under the arm rest. However this feature, either way, causes you to loose the padded arm comfort, especially in recline position; so in choosing a chair, if you want a cup holder, which I did, you must decide which is more important. I do find the leg rest more difficult than normal to put back down, however this is only the first night of having the chair so I'm hoping this gets better with use. And finally, regarding size, if you are an extremely large build as myself, 300+lbs this chair may not be the long nap chair for you. If you are under 6ft and under 250lbs, (my skinny, petite kiddos love it and sit in it together) I'd say look no further ; for the cost and quality of chair, I'm impressed!

Trade Offs

it's a good looking, solid bargain, this recliner. It would be easy to pay this much for such a nice piece without all the extra bells and whistles: the massage and heat functions, the swivel and rocker functions, the various pouches and cupholders.
