Beautiful tier tray but wobbly

This is certainly a beautiful piece. My only complaint it that is wobbly. We are going to have to somehow rig something up to make it sturdy.

I love it! I decorated it with some lovely moss balls, candles and decorative concrete birds. I get so many compliments on it. It fits in with my decor perfectly. I would highly recommend it!

Eye catching and fun to decorate. I ordered this during Macy's lowest prices of the season sale. Would never pay full price for it. It is not for serving food. It is for decoration only, (for anyone wondering). The wood color is true to picture. The only reasons I can't give it 5 stars is because it is a bit wobbly, and the metal was a bit flimsy. Other than that, I LOVE it! It is gorgeous, and I get lots of compliments on it. I am using it as a kitchen table centerpiece decorated with Spring decor at the moment. It can be placed on a good sized kitchen island, but I need my kitchen island to be fully functional. I'm so excited to decorate it according to the time of year! Totally recommend it!

I was very disappointed in this product. The pieces would not screw together which left the tiers non-secured and wobbly. I had to purchase wood filler and gorilla glue in order to secure the tiers and the base to the wooden rods.

Lopsided

Tried and tried to put this thing together to make it stand straight but not successful. The drilled holes in the stem are way off center. It is a very large piece and stands tall. I liked the look of it but couldn't use it. Not worth what I paid for it.

cheap light wood which is ok, but the tin is cheaply and poorly attached. quite disappointing for the price. and my top tier is crooked : ( very disappointing.

This product is poorly made. Very flimsy materials used. I returned the first one because the screws were bent or put in crooked which caused the entire thing to be crooked. I ordered a replacement in hopes the first one I had received was just a fluke. The second one I received was even worst than the first one! The screws were not centered and put in at odd angles causing it to look crooked and off balance. The metal banding was warped and coming off in places. I just took it apart and returned it for my money back. Very frustrating and discouraged as I really liked the way it looked in the photo. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and TIME.

Only looks good

I was after a rustic tray, intending to use the components for another purpose. This seemed to be a good deal. It was easy to assemble, looks good in pictures but overall not worth it! Construction is flimsy and the metal bands that surround each tray are loosely attached creating slight gaps here and there. The wood bottom of the trays come warped and crooked, some more than others. I found similar complaints about the poor the quality but hoped it would be different for my purchase. Couldnt return it since I needed what I could salvage for a deadline. Could only use 2 of the three trays, very costly. I would not recommend this product.

I have had 2 of the Grace 3-tier trays. The first one I returned because the screws were defective, or so I thought, and came out of the wood as soon as the tray was put together. The first one was returned. The replacement I received did the exact same thing! I am so disappointed because this piece would have been great in my home.

Poor quality!

The directions were easy enough to understand but the screw ends that go into the next tier were very short which made them unstable. I ended up having to use wood glue on each tier just to keep the thing together. And I have to pick it up by the bottom tier instead of the ring at the top, otherwise the whole thing would come apart.
