Lovely vase!

Love it. Perfect size and finish. Had one like it but I dropped it years ago. So glad i found this. I put it in my washer room for my vanity. The size is perfect as well.

Not worth how long it took to ship

Let's see..Ive tried to contact customer service via email and phone for over a month and the only email I received is to write a review on my purchase. Took over a month to ship out (even though it was for a Christmas gift and arrived after Christmas and was purchased at the end of November). Then when I finally received the shipment, it was only 2 of the 5 items purchased. Still haven't received the other 3 items, nor have I received an email about the missing items. Oh, and still can't get a hold of anyone. I've emailed around 10 times and called several of times. Phone just rings and no one answers emails. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Thank God I live in LA so I will need to drive 30-45 min to the actual store to get things sorted out, but what if I lived somewhere where there isn't one? What would I do then? Just never receive the items? Probably. Wish I had read the reviews about this horrible store before I purchased anything because there are several just like mine. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
