distributor is useless, product looks good if it fit
i bought these hinges as replacements (for some reason i could not find a spec sheet on their website) and since my house is only a few years old i assumed they would fit my existing door. the hinges arrived in good time and they look exactly the same but they're not the same dimensions and didnt fit. so i drove them to the company listed on the packing slip to ask for an exchange for the proper size. the disinterested person there told me to leave them and she would arrange to get me a credit. when i asked for an exchange all she could tell me was CRL was a different company and she couldnt help me.so now i'm searching the internet again for the right size hinge but still cant find a spec sheet?
