for a $400 set of chairs, I would’ve thought that these would be higher quality. i had the worst time putting these together because some of the holes and screws were misaligned/ stripped. also the company logo is upside down on both chairs. quite the oversight. at least they are comfy right? wrong, the bottom cushion is too firm and the back pillow is obnoxiously thick. i bought this for the aesthetic, and now i’m wishing i went cheaper for comfort.
RUN AWAY!
DO NOT BUY! The worst quality control of any online furniture I've ever purchased. The metal pieces are different dimensions making assembly impossible, several pieces came scratched and dented, one of the screws snapped while assembling, and last but not least the logos on the back of the chairs are upside down. Sloppy weld jobs and pieces that missed getting painted black. Sucks that you spend several hours building these chairs only to find out they are junk.

Nice chairs! Seat cushion is rather firm, but I like that as you can’t feel the metal bars underneath the seat. Cushions a nice light grey. Seems to be good quality for the price
