Do not every buy any Wedgwood on Macy's

Do not buy any of Wedgwood on Macy’s especially as a gift. I bought a bunch of Wedgwood items for my mom’s birthday. Every single boxes were torn apart and crumpled. I was so embarrassed after giving these as gifts. Not even look like new items. More over, The handle of the cake stand was bent, so I ended up reordering the item. That’s not the end of the story. I got the replacement but it also came with the box in very bad condition. In addition, I found the stand really wonky because it came with too thick washers this time. They were totally different from what I got before. I had to got another replacement. Finally I got the item with no defect but still the box is in horrible condition. Now I even doubt they are genuine Wedgwood.

This is by far the most adorable china pattern ever! I absolutely love it! This tea stand is not as large as I would have thought, but it's the perfect size for a small tea party with little snacks.

Beautiful but....

It took nearly 2 months before I received this cake stand. After much anticipation to complete my tea set, the product came with a defective handle. It was a great disappointment after such a long wait. However, the silver lining that made this purchase not a complete failure was the great customer service Macy provided. The agent was very courteous and apologetic for this mishap. Within 3 days, I received a replacement. This product gets a 5-star rating for its customer support.
