I'VE BOUGHT 12 SETS OF CUISINART KNIVES FOR 8 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. EVERY TIME I BOUGHT SOMEONE KNIVES I BOUGHT THIS SHARPENER. I CHECKED REVIEWS AT A FEW WEB SITES BEFORE BUYING THIS MODEL. I COULDN'T FIND ANY BETTER. IT HAS 3 DIFFERENT WHEELS TO SHARPEN 3 DIFFERENT TYPES OF KNIVES. NO ONE HAS HAD A BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT IT. THE COARSE WHEEL WORKS WONDERS RESTORING REALLY BEAT UP AND DULL KNIVES. THE MEDIUM WHEEL IS FOR SHARPENING SERRATED KNIVES TO RESTORE DULL EDGES. THE FINE WHEEL WORKS ON CERAMIC KNIVES OR FOR UPKEEP. ALL OF US COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER RESULTS.

We have had several knife sharpeners in the past that just didn't make the grade. We read the reviews on this and have found it to stand up to the reviews.

This sharpens knives in seconds. Several years ago I bought a set of knives and the seemed to smash instead of cut. Two passes through the fine slot and they were ready to go. The sharpener folds into a compact 5x2x2.5 inches for storage.

I used this on a dull pairing knife and now it works great. This sharpener is easy to hold and few strokes are needed to sharpen the knives. Good quality product.

Twice the Problem

Bought one and the 3rd (fine) sharpening stone spins so it doesn’t sharpen. Initiated lifetime warranty and a couple of weeks later a new one arrives. Guess what- 3rd stone spins and doesn’t sharpen. Poor quality control by the manufacturer. Really disappointing. DO NOT BUY THIS SHARPENER.

I love this sharpener! One of the best hand held knife sharpeners I have ever had! It works great - sharpened up all my dull knives, and I love that there are 3 different types of sharpeners in it! When the protective cover is open, it also protects your hand from the knife blades while you sharpen. The handle folds down, so it is easy to store, too!

Broke after 2 uses, will not be getting another.

Its ok, center wheel broke after first 2 uses and it doesn't sharpen all the way to the handle. I'm still using it and it kind of works. Better then not having a sharpener

My son talked me into getting this because knives were so dull. I am so glad. What a difference. Easy to use. Easy to store.

Sharpens knives great & easy to store

easy to use

The sharpener works great it has 3 different slots for sharpening fine, course and medium. I have used mainly on my paring knives and it works great. It is easy to use and the best part is that it folds up so it doesn't take up much space.
