Excellent value and daily quality

Very sharp from the package. The weight and feel in hand are just right and I feel confident with them. The blade sheaths are snug and secure and not hard or scary to put back on :) I love Cuisinart and I’m very happy with this set for daily use.

Better in person

The box they came in made me so excited to use them. They look way more appealing in person. I need some good knives and I think these were the perfect edition to my new kitchen. Can't wait to use them.

Excellent product for quality and price.

Perform well but picks up stains easily

These slice through meats and veggies with an ease that I haven't seen from other knife sets I've used. My only complaint is they tarnish easily. I am constantly fighting rust stains but we will see if I grow tired of this and end up going with another set within the next year or so.

I'd say I'm an average cook. I like these because there's a knife for every purpose. I use blue for cutting meat, green for most veggies, yellow for bigger fruits and cutting meat into a few big portions, red is for cutting veggies and fruit pretty small.
