Wish I Had Read Before Ordering

This stainless steel slotted spoon is quality metal. I liked that the top of the handle seemed more substantial than most sans silicone or plastic, but it seems strangely long and the curve is rather extreme and awkward. Back to the search for decent stainless steel cooking utensils.

So first off this is probably a very strong and effective stainless steel spatula, if you're sick of melting edges on plastic and mylar type variety of spatulas, then you go stainless steel. Cuisinart definitely the number one brand in terms of customer reliability and longevity

Cuisinart cooking tools

Cuisinart cooking tools are very nicely made and I like them very much for their quality. The only thing about the solid turner and the slotted turner that I would change is the turning edge. It is a bit thick for an easy turn to get under food to flip it. I tried it on potato pancakes and had to use another utensil to aid in the flipping.
